Dr. Burrows is a surgeon and the retinal consultant of Klein and Scannapiego. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2001. He served residencies at New York Hospital Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University as well as a fellowship of Vitreoretinal Surgery at University of South Florida Eye Institute.
Aside from his private practice, Dr. Burrows is also attending ophthalmologist at Englewood Hospital and Holy Name Hospital. He holds a US Provisional Patent on “Computer-Assisted Laser Control for Ophthalmology” and had been principal and sub investigator of several clinical trials.
Dr.Burrows is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists.
