Cataract
As people age, they may develop cataracts. A cataract is a clouding of the eye's lens. When you have cataracts, your vision may become cloudy, blurry, or dim, or things you see are not as bright or colorful as they used to be.
Some cataracts patients can correct their vision loss by simply changing their eyeglass prescription, but when the vision problems begin to interfere with their daily activities, cataract surgery is recommended.
