Due to an increase in missed appointments and cancellations in less than 24 hours' notice, we are implementing a new policy to help ensure that all patients have access to the care they need.

Effective 01/01/2025, a $50.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments (no-shows) or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. This policy is necessary to help us manage our schedule and maintain the high level of service you expect from our practice.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will try to accommodate changes when possible. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our appointment schedule efficiently.
